Unfortunately, the IT store has reacted unfavorably to our truthful review with more distortions of reality. We only had two drives, which we brought to the shop, and we still possess the documentation, just like they do, to back this up. The IT store ought to stick to the facts and only share truthful information on this platform, as we have, so that future customers can make well-informed choices. We shared our review when we were taken aback to discover they were still operating and had yet to issue a refund or reply. We rest our case. Writing negative reviews isn’t something we enjoy, and we’ll be sure to leave a positive note about another company’s excellent service to balance out this negativity.

Ah man, I really didn’t expect to be writing another negative review, but after seeing their response, I gotta point out how passive-aggressive they are. There’s no way they can claim I told them to 'persevere' in fixing my MacBook when all I did was ask them after almost two months if it would be done and repaired. They had previously mentioned, after about a month, that they thought it was fixable. I never said I NEEDED it fixed before that one-month mark. I just kept calling to check on the status since they weren’t updating me at all. By the way, they initially promised to call me after a week to let me know if it was fixable or not. Did I get that call? Nope. I had to keep chasing them down to see if they were actually doing their JOB, which they claimed was costly for them. Lol, seriously? If you didn’t think you could fix it, just say so upfront! You waited almost two months to tell me something that should’ve taken a week on your end. And don’t try to make me feel dumb; I know what I’m talking about. Your poor communication and lack of support were your biggest mistakes here. Honestly, I don’t even care that it wasn’t fixable; it’s just so stressful having to constantly follow up and ask about the progress because deep down, I know they only act when I actually CALL. And don’t say 'we don’t have any repairs that cost £700 - £800' when you told me that was the estimate when I walked into the store asking for the total cost. The gaslighting in your reply was something else. Dude got upset because I asked you to do your job, lol.

Here are some reasons to steer clear of this place:
- They’re dishonest.
- They keep on lying and try to hide the truth.
- They don’t put in the effort and only get to fixing things after customers have to call multiple times.
- Their technician always appears to be munching on something.

People on the other end of my call couldn't hear a thing. I swung by the iT Store, and right away, they cleared up the issue at no cost. Much appreciated!

I needed to upgrade my outdated laptop and now I’m the happy owner of a pre-owned MacBook Pro. It still has 8 months of warranty, but Neil, the IT Store owner, threw in an extra 12 months. The entire process was more than just good; it was great. Sure, I could’ve saved a few bucks buying online, but I wouldn’t have gotten the trade-in for my old laptop or, more importantly, the attentive in-person service. Neil moved all my data from my old device and even connected my Apple phone to the new one. Now I’m using Apple Mail and the calendar app, all transferred smoothly and with a calm demeanor. I never felt looked down upon; instead, I was treated like a valued customer. I’ll definitely come back for any IT needs, including my next phone upgrade. Plus, it’s nice to have some awesome coffee shops nearby!

I stopped by the shop to get some help with my old i-phone. These folks are incredible. They're super knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful - just a wonderful and inviting customer experience. I truly can't recommend them enough.

I had to wait 15 days for them to figure out what was wrong. They only gave my Mac a clean, yet they hit me with a £100 bill. A buddy of mine said he could sort it out for me, and honestly, that price is just crazy. I won't be coming back here. It's a bit scary!

I gotta say, these folks are incredible. I rushed in for a last-minute hardware fix on my MacBook Pro, and they were super helpful and quick. You bet I'll be returning to show my support!

After a really frustrating and lengthy wait at the Apple Store in Kingston (where their so-called genius staff told me my computer is now vintage and wouldn’t even take a look at it!), I was at my wit's end. I searched for someone who could assist with my MacBook repair. Luckily, I stumbled upon this fantastic spot, and I felt such a wave of relief. I was worried sick about losing all my photos and data, but this place came through! Not only did they retrieve my data from the damaged MacBook, but they also moved everything (in just 24 hours) onto a pre-owned iMac that I purchased from them, and they even took my broken MacBook as part of the deal. The service was outstanding, and the staff were just great! I’ll surely be back with my son's broken iPad and iPhone for screen fixes! Huge thanks!!!

I always find the team to be really helpful and nice. This time, I just needed a screen cover for my iPhone, but no matter what you’re after, they’re always ready to give you some good advice. I’d totally recommend them for anything related to Apple.
